Responsibilities include generating quality meetings for the Klocwork sales team and attaining quarterly meeting quota.  The successful individual will have strong technical aptitude and the ability to develop strong relationships with prospects via phone.  This position will appeal to someone who enjoys a challenge and enjoys learning new technologies. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate and develop qualified meetings within target markets and geographies via research, cold calls and inbound lead processing.
  • Maintain constant communication and coordination with geographically dispersed Regional Sales Managers regarding target account strategy, leads generated and next steps required.
  • Coordinate demonstration schedules for qualified prospects.
  • Update sales database with latest information regularly.
  • Track and report on all activities to managers

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent,
  • 1-3 years inside sales experience

Specialized Skills:

  • Prior experience in a business to business telemarketing role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills – articulate and quick thinking
  • Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented and ability to focus in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to navigate Fortune 1000 enterprises to find key contacts and motivate individuals to use and/or find out more about Klocwork’s solutions
  • Consistent over quota achievement
  • Strong desire and ability to quickly learn new technologies and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated, confident, competitive, well organized and desire for high achievement in lead generation
  • Team player with ability to work independently
