Klocwork is led by a strong team of experienced business, management, and technical leaders, each with long track records of success in enterprise-class software environments. Please take a moment to meet:

Mike Laginski

With 30 years of experience at industry-leading companies including Lotus Development Corporation, Cognos, and Fulcrum Technologies, Mike Laginski has developed a proven track record of building strong operations teams.

Prior to joining Klocwork, Mike enjoyed a successful career in increasingly senior domestic and global operations roles. As senior vice president and general manager of North American Operations at Lotus, Mike led his division to double-digit revenue growth while closing the company's single largest software license order.

Mike also gained marketing and product management experience from Lotus and Cognos, served as chief operating officer at Fulcrum Technologies, and has sales experience with Hewlett-Packard and Burroughs.

Gwyn Fisher

Gwyn guides Klocwork's technical direction and strategy. With 20 years of global technology experience, he brings a valuable combination of vision, experience, and direct insight into the software developer's perspective.

With a background in formal grammars and computational linguistics, Gwyn spent much of his career working in the search and natural language domains, holding senior executive positions with companies like Hummingbird, Fulcrum Technologies, PC DOCS and LumaPath.

At Klocwork, Gwyn focuses on his original passion, compiler theory, and applies his experience and knowledge of the developer mindset to move static source code analysis to the next level.

Bob Daly

Bob Daly is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of private sector experience, predominantly in the high tech sector. Most recently, as CFO of Espial, Bob led a successful IPO on the TSX in 2007. Bob has held a number of other senior financial roles with Ottawa-based companies including Cognos Inc., the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, and JDS Uniphase where he was Vice-President, Finance of the Wavelength Routing Group, with global responsibility for the financial performance and reporting of a $1 billion business unit. Bob has also acted as an adviser to a number of early stage Canadian technology companies, providing corporate finance, business strategy, and operational advice.

Danny Baldwin

Danny has more than 25 years of successful sales, executive sales management and channels experience in the high-technology market. His experience at organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, MCI Systemhouse, Prior Data Sciences, Jetform, and Adobe serves him well in this enterprise sales management role. Responsible for global revenue generating activities and customer acquisition goals, Danny oversees the company's direct sales and service teams as well as the recruitment and development of our global network of sales and service partners.

Brendan Harrison

With 15 years of enterprise sales and marketing experience, Brendan is responsible for all of Klocwork's product and channel marketing, communications, press relations, and demand generation activities. Brendan has been a key contributor since joining Klocwork, securing the company's first significant customer wins in Europe, while expanding its presence within strategic North American accounts. Prior to joining Klocwork, Brendan worked in a variety of sales and business development roles at Entrust and Corel. He holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from Bishop's University.

Carolyn Perkins

With over 15 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources, Carolyn brings a thorough understanding of what's required to recruit and retain top high technology talent. Her experience building international teams will serve Klocwork well as the company expands its workforce around the globe. Prior to Klocwork, Carolyn was the Director of Human Resources at Watchfire (now IBM), with additional experience with QSI, TMI, and various government and financial organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics.
