With 30 years of experience at industry-leading companies including Lotus Development Corporation, Cognos, and Fulcrum Technologies, Mike Laginski has developed a proven track record of building strong operations teams.
Prior to joining Klocwork, Mike enjoyed a successful career in increasingly senior domestic and global operations roles. As senior vice president and general manager of North American Operations at Lotus, Mike led his division to double-digit revenue growth while closing the company's single largest software license order.
Mike also gained marketing and product management experience from Lotus and Cognos, served as chief operating officer at Fulcrum Technologies, and has sales experience with Hewlett-Packard and Burroughs.
Gwyn guides Klocwork's technical direction and strategy. With 20 years of global technology experience, he brings a valuable combination of vision, experience, and direct insight into the software developer's perspective.
With a background in formal grammars and computational linguistics, Gwyn spent much of his career working in the search and natural language domains, holding senior executive positions with companies like Hummingbird, Fulcrum Technologies, PC DOCS and LumaPath.
At Klocwork, Gwyn focuses on his original passion, compiler theory, and applies his experience and knowledge of the developer mindset to move static source code analysis to the next level.
Bob Daly is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years of private sector experience, predominantly in the high tech sector. Most recently, as CFO of Espial, Bob led a successful IPO on the TSX in 2007. Bob has held a number of other senior financial roles with Ottawa-based companies including Cognos Inc., the Ottawa Senators Hockey Club, and JDS Uniphase where he was Vice-President, Finance of the Wavelength Routing Group, with global responsibility for the financial performance and reporting of a $1 billion business unit. Bob has also acted as an adviser to a number of early stage Canadian technology companies, providing corporate finance, business strategy, and operational advice.
Danny has more than 25 years of successful sales, executive sales management and channels experience in the high-technology market. His experience at organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, MCI Systemhouse, Prior Data Sciences, Jetform, and Adobe serves him well in this enterprise sales management role. Responsible for global revenue generating activities and customer acquisition goals, Danny oversees the company's direct sales and service teams as well as the recruitment and development of our global network of sales and service partners.
Steve brings more than 20 years of successful high-tech business and marketing experience to Klocwork. He has managed product and marketing teams in the security, software and telecommunications industries, at companies including March Networks, Tundra Semiconductor, Mitel and others.
Steve's experience includes two successful IPOs in high-growth organizations, as well as managing his own consulting shop. His success with corporate marketing, product marketing, communications, and the full marketing mix enables him to lead those same tasks for Klocwork.
A creative thinker with a strong technical aptitude, Steve and his team are responsible in particular for driving customer awareness and demand programs across Klocwork's international markets.
Glenda has full responsibility for leading Klocwork's strategic and day-to-day human resource requirements and making Klocwork an employer of choice.
Glenda brings with her over 15 years of hands-on Human Resource and People Management experience including Qunara, Export Development Canada, International Datacasting and most recently, Canadian Internet Registration Authority. Her experience includes talent management, organizational development, compensation analysis, international benefit programs, performance management, employee relations, and policy & procedure development.
Glenda has been and is very active in the community. She has organized workplace campaigns such as United Way and the 20/20 Ottawa Hospital Cancer Campaign. As well, has played supportive roles in charity organizations such as REACH and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
