Mike Laginski
President and Chief Executive Officer
With nearly 30 years of experience a industry-leading companies including Lotus Development Corporation, Cognos, and Fulcrum Technologies, Mike Laginski has developed a proven track record of building strong operations teams.

Prior to joining Klocwork, Mike enjoyed a successful career in increasingly senior domestic and global operations roles. As senior vice president and general manager of North American Operations at Lotus, Mike led his division to double-digit revenue growth while closing the company's single largest software license order.

Mike also gained marketing and product management experience from Lotus and Cognos, served as chief operating officer at Fulcrum Technologies, and has sales experience with Hewlett-Packard and Burroughs.

Rick Clements
Chief Financial Officer
Rick Clements has held financial leadership positions with high-tech companies for almost 30 years.

Prior to joining Klocwork, Rick served as CFO and V.P. of Operations of Versatel Networks, where he helped the company secure $10 million in funding and built a multi-tiered operations team to support and expand their target markets. Rick also served as COO and CFO of InBusiness Solutions, a leading software and Internet solution provider, and has held positions with Microstar Software and OpenText.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Chartered Accounting Studies from University of Waterloo.

Gwyn Fisher,
CTO of Klocwork
Gwyn guides Klocwork's technical direction and strategy. With 20 years of global technology experience, he brings a valuable combination of vision, experience, and direct insight into the software developer's perspective.

With a background in formal grammars and computational linguistics, Gwyn spent much of his career working in the search and natural language domains, holding senior executive positions with companies like Hummingbird, Fulcrum Technologies, PC DOCS and LumaPath.

At Klocwork, Gwyn focuses on his original passion, compiler theory, and applies his experience and knowledge of the developer mindset to move static source code analysis to the next level.

Russell Ure
Vice President of Research and Development
Russell oversees all research and development activities related to the design and delivery of Klocwork software security, software defect prevention and detection, visualization, analytical and modeling tools, as well as overseeing ongoing product support. He brings nearly 20 years of experience from companies including Alcatel Networks, Newbridge Networks, TimeStep, Visual Edge Software and CAE Electronics.

Russell's varied career began in the field of computer simulation as a design engineer. In one notable project, he led a team to develop a virtual battlefield simulation for the US Army Research Institute. As part of a technology outsourcing company, Russell managed the development of IBM's Visual Age for Basic product and the development of CORBA object bridge technologies. More recently, he led the development of a market-leading Secure Private Networking product at a start-up company that was eventually acquired and integrated within Alcatel's networking portfolio.

At Alcatel, Russell rose to the position of VP R&D of Alcatel's network and service management product line, responsible for overseeing the activities of a development organization of more than 300 people.

Tom Millea
Vice President, Sales
Tom Millea has nearly 25 years of enterprise sales management experience and a track record of building high-value and long-lasting relationships with blue-chip organizations. As vice president of sales for Klocwork, Tom is responsible for all revenue generating activities and customer acquisition goals in the U.S. and international markets.

Prior to joining Klocwork, Tom was the director of sales for the Federal and Southeast US business at Attachmate, where he successfully led his team to the top revenue performance worldwide in 2004. Tom has also held a number of sales, sales management and executive roles at Lotus and IBM. At Lotus he won many awards as both an individual contributor and a sales manager. In his last assignment at Lotus, he ran the Americas sales, services and marketing teams as vice president and general manager for the Americas.

Tom graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from Northeastern University.

Danny Baldwin
VP, Business Development
Danny has more than 25 years of successful sales, executive sales management and channels experience in the high-technology market. His experiences at organizations such as Digital Equipment Corporation, MCI Systemhouse, Prior Data Sciences, Jetform, and Adobe serve him well in his Business Development role. Danny is responsible for the recruitment and development of our international sales & service partners.
