Klocwork Appoints Gwyn Fisher Chief Technology Officer

Software Industry Veteran to Lead Company's Technical Direction

BURLINGTON, Mass. - January 3, 2007 - - Klocwork Inc., the proven leader in automated software solutions that improve software security and quality, today announced the appointment of Gwyn Fisher as its new Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Fisher brings more than 15 years of global technology experience to Klocwork where he will guide the companies' technical direction and development.

Prior to joining Klocwork, Mr. Fisher served as senior vice president of research and development for LumaPath, where he led the creation of LumaPath's Active Integration product suite. Prior to LumaPath, Mr. Fisher was the senior vice president of research and development with Hummingbird, Ltd., where he had operational responsibility for more than 350 employees and five product lines within eleven different locations across the United Sates, Canada and Europe.

In addition to working as a strategy consultant for many international software firms, Mr. Fisher has also held positions with PC DOCS, Inc., Fulcrum Technologies, Ltd., TRIP Systems International, and Paralog Ltd. Mr. Fisher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Royal Holloway College at London University in the U.K.
