Klocwork® Closes Record Fiscal Year in 2011

Results include 51 percent growth in second half bookings performance


Burlington, Mass – Jan 11, 2012 – Klocwork Inc, the global leader in source code analysis solutions for improving embedded software security and reliability, announced it closed 2011 with the highest bookings and revenue in the company's history. This achievement was highlighted by a 51 percent surge in bookings growth during the second half of 2011 and the largest Q4 in company history. With more than 950 customers worldwide, the company continues to attract customers at a record pace and has also expanded its network of partners by increasing its presence in the UK, Europe and Asia.

In addition to record financial performance, Klocwork also achieved the following milestones in 2011:

  • Introduction of the Klocwork Developer Network: This online technical community was launched to support the growth of the Klocwork customer base and facilitate learning, sharing and open discussion on topics related to software security and reliability.
  • Introduction of Klocwork University and Secure Coding Resources: Klocwork University was introduced as an extension of the Klocwork Developer Network. It features free, high-value learning resources such as the Secure Coding for C/C++ eLearning course. New eLearning courses that focus on software security, source code analysis and other topics of importance to software developers will be added throughout 2012.
  • Growth of Worldwide Partner Network: To help address the growing demand for its source code analysis tools internationally, Klocwork continued to expand its network of reseller and services partners by increasing its footprint in the United Kingdom, Europe, Turkey, Brazil and Asia.
